SHIPPING METHODS

TOB SUCCULENT ships all over the world. Just buy and enjoy our fast service, we will ship directly to your door.

Our main shipping method is FEDEX/UPS/DHL Express shipping which are international express shipping couriers, safe and fast (Insurance is covered by us). And their service is also a door to door delivery.

For FEDEX/UPS/DHL Express shipping way, we offer Shipping Insurance to protect your package against any lost or damaged shipments. For any issues reported, we will help to resolve your problems immediately.

We also ship by couriers like EMS, UK tax-free, and other shipping methods depends on your location and order weight.

For the exact information, you can add some items into your shopping cart and you will find the available shipping methods and shipping cost in your shopping cart accordingly.

PACKING

All plants are posted bare rooted without pots or potting mix.

We select the best quality plants from our stock to fulfill your order. Each plant is removed from its pot and cleaned of the soil as this is the safest, cleanest and cheapest method of posting succulents. Plants are posted neatly wrapped with padding to ensure a safe arrival. Size, colour, and shape may vary a little according to the season, or the cold and due to slight drying upon packing and may possibly look slightly different from the photo.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping fees depend on the weight of your items along with the destination.

As we’re doing wholesale and no MOQ, if you split the shipping cost to each item, averagely each item will only cost you around $3-$7 which is still much lower than the retailers who offer “FREE SHIPPING” or “Flat Rate Shipping”, cost may differs for different order quantity levels, addresses, and the garment type. As our experience, if your order is bigger, the average shipping cost is lower, because of the heavier the parcel, the cheaper the shipping cost per KG.

Please kindly notice that international express shipping ways are relevantly more expensive than the standard shipping way. But it is safe and fast. There are some standard shipping ways, the cost might be lower, but parcel loss or delay often happen and there is nearly no insurance for parcel loss.

As succulent is a very special category to international shipping, and it requires strict delivery time, so we only provide fastest international express shipping.

PROCESSING TIME

Our order processing and handling time are 2-7 business days depends on your order quantity, a tracking number (if applicable) will be sent to your registered e-mail after the shipment was fulfilled.

What is the item processing time?

After your order has been received, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product’s quality. Please note that different items are subject to different processing times. Generally, the average processing time is 2-5 business days (approximately); however, this is dependent on the item’s stock status. For small quantity orders, the processing time is 2-4 business days while large quantities can take approximately 3-7 business days to process.

We make double quality checking and carefully packing for each piece of your order before shipping, so as to assure there are no quality problems and all your order items are packed in the neat and good quality box.

SHIPPING TIME

For Express Shipping like DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other express shipping depending on your location, shipping time is 3 – 7 business days. Most of the time, the shipping time of the express shipping way is stable even for the high peak selling seasons.

Sometimes, at the high peak selling season, the express shipping may also be delayed by 2-4 days which is fully depends on the logistic company.

Annual Public Holidays

Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (1st May), Chinese National Day (1st October). Please note that all delivery times will be affected during these times of the year as the service from all our suppliers and logistics operators will be disrupted. There is often a delay of 3-4 days and sometimes even longer. We sincerely apologize for any delays caused during these periods and kindly ask our customers to be patient.
